I still feel absolutely awful still even after napping and laying down for a while.
Though I should try eating something and see if that will help.
I'm skipping a talk I should probably go to because I'm just...ugh. Just ugh. I just want to sleep until tomorrow, honestly.
My sad feels are kind of intense today too, probably because of how terrible I feel physically.
Why am I even posting I don't even know. I'm still half asleep.
